Rockin Hot Rod provides auto insurance quote services, insurance information, and educational resources directly to consumers through its website. Rockin Hot Rod is not an insurance carrier, agency, or broker. Rockin Hot Rod provides its own quote services, informational resources, and customer support directly through its website. Quotes and eligibility are subject to underwriting and approval. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, ZIP code, optional mobile phone number, and the answers you choose in our quote questions (for example, your vehicle type and year, how many drivers you have, and whether you have current coverage).

Consent records: whether you checked each consent box, the exact wording shown to you, the version of that wording, and the date and time.

Technical information: IP address, browser user agent, the page you submitted from, and any referral parameters in the link you used to reach us.

In order to fulfill your request, Rockin Hot Rod may use contracted service providers that act solely on Rockin Hot Rod's behalf and at Rockin Hot Rod's direction, for the sole purpose of facilitating the delivery of communications you have consented to receive. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Your browser may store basic technical data needed to display pages correctly. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and photographs from Unsplash; those services receive your IP address and browser information as part of delivering the files.

We keep quote requests and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Rockin Hot Rod does not sell your personal information. To make a request, email support@rockinhotrod.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We will verify your request and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Children

Rockin Hot Rod is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
