1. Who we are

Rockin Hot Rod ("we", "us") is a brand of Sentinel Holdings I LLC. Rockin Hot Rod provides auto insurance quote services, insurance information, and educational resources directly to consumers through its website. Rockin Hot Rod is not an insurance carrier, agency, or broker. Rockin Hot Rod provides its own quote services, informational resources, and customer support directly through its website. Quotes and eligibility are subject to underwriting and approval.

These Terms of Service (this "Agreement") govern your use of the Rockin Hot Rod website and the services offered on it. By using the website or submitting a quote request, you agree to this Agreement and to our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Rockin Hot Rod. You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and your own.

3. Quotes

When you submit a request, Rockin Hot Rod uses the details you provide to prepare and deliver your quote. Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us. Quotes and eligibility are subject to underwriting and approval, and final pricing, coverage, and availability may differ from any estimate. Submitting a request does not bind coverage and does not guarantee a quote, approval, or a particular price.

There is no cost to use Rockin Hot Rod and no obligation to purchase anything.

4. Communications and your consent

Our quote form contains a required checkbox agreeing to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, and two separate, optional checkboxes for text messages: one for account notification messages and one for marketing messages. Text-message consent is never required to request a quote. The fine print shown above the submit button describes how Rockin Hot Rod may contact you about your inquiry by phone and email.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by emailing support@rockinhotrod.com. Details of our text-message program are in the Rockin Hot Rod SMS Terms.

5. Contracted service providers

In order to fulfill your request, Rockin Hot Rod may use contracted service providers that act solely on Rockin Hot Rod's behalf and at Rockin Hot Rod's direction, for the sole purpose of facilitating the delivery of communications you have consented to receive. These service providers operate under strict contractual obligations to process your data only as directed by Rockin Hot Rod and in accordance with this Agreement. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise disclosed to any unaffiliated third parties for independent marketing purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit information about another person without their permission, submit false information, interfere with the website, attempt to access non-public areas, or use automated means to submit requests.

7. Information only

Articles, explanations, and examples on this website are general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice, and are not a description of any specific policy. Always read a policy's own documents before you buy.

8. Intellectual property

The Rockin Hot Rod name, logo, and text on this website are owned by Sentinel Holdings I LLC and may not be copied without permission. Photographs are used under the Unsplash License and remain the property of their photographers.

9. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel Holdings I LLC and Rockin Hot Rod will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Agreement.
