Program

Program name: Rockin Hot Rod SMS Program. Rockin Hot Rod is a brand of Sentinel Holdings I LLC. 1613 Evans Ave #530, Cheyenne, WY 82001.

Two separate message types

Account notifications - messages about your own quote request, such as quote updates and status alerts. You receive these only if you check the optional account notification box on our form.

Marketing - promotional messages from Rockin Hot Rod, such as special offers and insurance-related promotions. You receive these only if you check the separate, optional marketing box on our form.

Each type has its own checkbox. Neither is required to request a quote, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

How you join

You join by checking one or both optional SMS boxes on the final step of our quote form and entering your mobile number. Your first message confirms your enrollment and includes STOP and HELP instructions.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Replying STOP to a marketing message opts you out of marketing messages. Replying STOP to an account notification opts you out of account notifications. To stop both types, reply STOP to a message of each type. You can also opt out of either or both by emailing support@rockinhotrod.com.

Your mobile information

SMS opt-in and consent: your mobile phone number, text-messaging originator opt-in data, and consent status will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

In order to fulfill your request, Rockin Hot Rod may use contracted service providers that act solely on Rockin Hot Rod's behalf and at Rockin Hot Rod's direction, for the sole purpose of facilitating the delivery of communications you have consented to receive. These service providers operate under strict contractual obligations to process your data only as directed by Rockin Hot Rod and in accordance with this Agreement. Your personal information will not be sold, rented, leased, or otherwise disclosed to any unaffiliated third parties for independent marketing purposes.
